These workshops are designed to encourage, equip, and empower you on your journey with Christ. You’ll pick two breakout workshops to go to; morning and afternoon. Breakouts will be presented by our keynote speakers and some incredible women of St. Ann!

Morning Breakouts

From Identity to Image: Reordering the Way We See Our Bodies

Presented by Shalini Blubaugh | Location: Cenacle

Have you ever thought: “Why can’t I feel at peace in my body?” You are not alone! Through Scripture, personal story, and prayerful reflection, this workshop invites you to see your body not as a problem to fix but as a gift to steward. Taking time to notice beliefs that shape our thoughts about our bodies, we will replace the lies with truth, leaving with a refocused perspective on body image.

A Mother Who Knows Her Inner Child

Presented by Jenny Klement | Location: Room 314

This workshop will invite you as a mother to discover your inner child - the beauty of your Imago Dei - the unique Image of God you bear. For it is this child who knows her belovedness and will lead you to live in the freedom of your truest identity. You will leave having connected with this beloved child in a new way, inspired to continue befriending her. As you get to know and love your own Imago Dei, you will have new eyes to see and delight in your children's Imago Dei!

Pour Out Your Heart: Going Deeper in Prayer

Presented by Sr. Marie Fidelis, DLJC | Location: Assembly Room

In this workshop, we will be reminded that prayer is meant to be a place of communion – not shame, frustration, distance, or avoidance. Whether you feel stuck in a routine that’s grown dry and distant, or you sense that you’ve never really begun to pray at all, this is an invitation to something new. No matter where you find yourself, the goal is the same: to open our hearts to the merciful love of Jesus and to meet Him there.

A Journey of Love: Walking With Those With Same-Sex Attraction

Presented by Kim Zember | Location: Room 330

Do you struggle to understand Church teaching about those with same-sex attraction? Or falter in knowing how to speak to others about it? In this workshop, Kim will share some of her own story of leaving a homosexual lifestyle to find love and freedom in Jesus as well as how to have healthy, Christ-like conversations with family or loved ones about homosexuality, identity struggles, and faith. She will talk about ways to honor the goodness of the Gospel and Church teaching while affirming the dignity of the person in front of you.

Afternoon Breakouts

Evangelizing Through Hospitality

Presented by Claire Couche | Location: Room 330

This workshop will give you the tools to create spaces of belonging and recognize opportunities where God is already at work. We will go over practical tips so you can confidently invite others into meaningful connection - both in your home and in your daily encounters. You’ll leave not only inspired but equipped and empowered to live hospitality as a mission, drawing others closer to Christ through authentic relationship.

Marriage: Our Path to Heaven

Presented by Jackie Angel | Location: Cenacle

How do I pray with my spouse? How can we argue in a healthy way? How can we have a greater intimacy? We all want strong, lasting, faith-filled marriages that are built on love, respect, and admiration, but often we don’t know where to begin or how to do that. This workshop will give you the tools to help your marriage become what you always hoped it would be!

Outpoured Worship

Presented by Sr. Grace Maria, DLJC | Location: Assembly Room

Worship is not just something we do in a moment, but is the steady offering of someone who chooses, again and again, to love the Lord with all their heart, soul, and strength (Matthew 22:37). But is that even possible, and what does it look like in our daily life? How do we stay focused on the Lord when we are pulled in a million different directions each day? In this workshop, we will look at how to take the joys and struggles, as well as just the demands of each day, and transform them into an offering of worship for our Lord.

When the kindness and generous love of God our savior appeared, not because of any righteous deeds we had done but because of his mercy, he saved us through the bath of rebirth and renewal by the holy Spirit, whom he richly poured out on us through Jesus Christ our savior.
